Terms of Service
Draft site-use terms, independent-guide boundaries, provider terms, and legal decisions still required.

Last updated: August 30, 2026. These Terms of Service describe the intended use of Tourism Page Arizona, operated by The Travel Spark Company LLC. They are a launch-candidate draft for owner and legal review, not legal advice.
1. Independent informational guide
Tourism Page Arizona is an independent informational travel guide. It is not a governmental agency, official tourism authority, the City of Page, the Navajo Nation, the National Park Service, the Bureau of Reclamation, a land manager, or a tour operator. Use of “Tourism” and “Page Arizona” identifies the site’s editorial subject; it does not imply official endorsement or authority.
The site does not provide emergency, legal, medical, financial, safety, immigration, accessibility, or other professional advice. A guide is not a promise that a route, park, overlook, canyon, water access, business, event, venue, or provider will be open, available, suitable, safe, or accessible for a particular person.
2. Changing conditions and responsible sources
Weather, heat, wind, water level, trail conditions, closures, construction, transit, permits, reservations, rules, operating hours, prices, and access can change after publication. Verify material details with the responsible current source: for example, the City, National Park Service, Navajo Nation or authorized guide, Bureau of Reclamation, venue, or provider.
3. No booking relationship with this site
Tourism Page Arizona does not itself sell, operate, fulfill, or cancel tours, lodging, transport, tickets, or other travel products. The Tours page and some guide modules may display provider information through TravelSpark. Any transaction is between the visitor and the provider identified on the linked site.
Payment, identity verification, vouchers, meeting points, schedule changes, refunds, cancellations, accessibility arrangements, insurance, disputes, and delivery must be addressed to the provider named in checkout or confirmation. Do not send payment details through this site.
4. Sponsored and affiliate links
Some provider links may be sponsored affiliate links. The Travel Spark Company LLC may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase. A commission does not guarantee coverage, a ranking, a rating, or a favorable statement. Provider prices, ratings, reviews, inventory, images, and terms should be confirmed on the final provider page.
5. Respect for land, people, and access
Editorial information does not grant access to Navajo land, federal land, City facilities, private property, closed routes, or restricted infrastructure. Visitors must follow the responsible authority’s current laws, rules, permits, closures, photography guidance, and authorized access requirements. Antelope Canyon and other Navajo-land experiences require authorized Navajo-guided access. Do not enter, photograph, reproduce, or publish material contrary to the applicable rules or rights.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal planning and ordinary reference. You may not bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, overload the service, disrupt providers or tracking, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, or violate privacy, intellectual-property, cultural, land-access, or other rights. Automated access must respect applicable law, published technical controls, and reasonable rate limits.
7. Editorial accuracy and corrections
We aim for useful, sourced, geographically accurate material, but errors and omissions can occur. Publication dates do not certify that a live operational detail remains current. A verified corrections channel is not configured yet, and the disabled Contact preview cannot send a message.
8. Intellectual property and licensed media
Original theme code, identity artwork, and editorial material are protected to the extent applicable. Documentary photographs are used under the individual Creative Commons terms on the Photo Credits page and in the theme license manifest. Third-party works retain their own attribution and share-alike requirements.
A photographer’s license does not automatically grant rights in every depicted person, artwork, trademark, culturally sensitive subject, or privately controlled place. Do not assume that this site can grant those separate rights.
9. External services
Links can lead to governments, Nations, land managers, parks, cultural organizations, photographers, license pages, and travel providers. External sites are controlled by their operators and can have different content, terms, privacy practices, accessibility, security, and availability. A link provides context; it is not adoption of every external statement.
10. Availability and disclaimers
The site may be corrected, changed, suspended, or discontinued. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of completeness, fitness for a particular plan, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing excludes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Travel Spark Company LLC should not be liable for an indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general editorial information, an external site, changing conditions, or a provider transaction it does not control. A monetary cap is not invented in this draft; legal review is required.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The Travel Spark Company LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. The specific entity notice address, venue, dispute process, and any other required jurisdictional terms must be completed through owner and legal review.
13. Changes and contact status
These Terms may change when the service, law, or provider relationships change. The updated date should change with the text. A working contact destination for legal notices is not yet configured; The Travel Spark Company LLC must add and verify one before treating this document as production-complete.
